To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is my personal recommendation for Yow Li Chen. Until just
recently, I have been Li Chen's immediate supervisor for 11 weeks. I found
her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and
with smile.
Besides being a joy to work with, Li Chen is a take-charge person who is
able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. She has
successfully developed and complete few assignments assign to her for our
company that have resulted in increased revenue. During her tenure, we saw
an increase machine productivity. The new revenue was a direct result of the
plans implemented and completed by Li Chen.
Though she was an asset to our assembly equipment department, Li Chen
was also extraordinarily helpful in other department. In addition to writing
effective training modules, Li Chen assumed a leadership role in our team
meetings, inspiring and motivating other employees.
I highly recommend Li Chen for employment. She is a team player and
would make a great asset to any organization.
