Requisition Summary Report
The Requisition Summary Report shows applicants
and interview schedules for:
• All vacancies in a requisition
• Vacancies associated with a recruitment activity
• Vacancies in an organization, location, job,
position, grade, or group, or with a selected status

New Hire Report
The New Hire Report shows applicants that have
joined the company as New Hires within a given time
frame.
• Different countries have varying data requirements
and formatting requirements.
• Because of this, the New Hire report within Oracle
HRMS is set up to meet each state’s data and
formatting requirements.

Job and Position Skills Matching Report
The Job and Position Skills Matching Report allows
you to:
• Match employees, applicants or both against the
requirements of one job or position
• This information is held in Special Information
types
• You can select the closeness of the match you
require

Full Personal Details Report Set
• To create printed reports of the personal
information held for one person, you can run the
Full Personal Details report set.
• The Full Personal Details report set comprises four
reports that meet employees’ rights to view their
own personal details under data protection
legislation.

Full Personal Details Report Set
• The four different reports contain information as
follows:
– Full Person Details 1: Addresses, name, birth
date, nationality, work phone
– Full Person Details 2: Applications and
applicant interviews
– Full Person Details 3: Assignment information
including periods of service, payment
methods, elements
– Full Person Details 4: Miscellaneous, including
special information, absences, recruitment
activities, and contacts

Assignment Status Report
The Assignment Status Report:
• Displays a list of people assigned to particular
organizations, jobs, positions and grades with
specific assignment statuses
• If you select both applicants and employees as
person types, the report prints out in two sections,
otherwise it prints for the type that you select.

Overview
• Standard letters enable you to manage your
enterprises recruitment activities
• Using Oracle HRMS, you can issue standard letters
to applicants triggered by changes in assignment
status
– For example, you can set up a rejection letter
that is triggered when an applicants
assignment status is set to Rejected

Letters
• You can create a letter by using a report generator
or a word processor.
• When you create the letter, you must register the
report or program that creates it, associate the
report or program with the letter type, and submit
it after selecting the recipients.
• You can view pending letter requests
and submit them.
• You can create a manual letter request.

All rights reserved. ® Overview • Standard letters enable you to manage your enterprises recruitment activities • Using Oracle HRMS, you can issue standard letters to applicants triggered by changes in assignment status – For example, you can set up a rejection letter that is triggered when an applicants assignment status is set to Rejected
