GBMS is an end to end Sales Performance Analytical Solution, with
Standardized KPIs/Metrics, with an ability to drill down real time, ability to slice and dice
based on various dimensions. These standard KPI’s enable Sales team and sales leaders to
measure the performance at both individual (Sales Rep) and at organization level (Segment /
Product)
Responsibilities:
• The reports are published in BOBI4.1 environment.
• Designing of Reports using Web Intelligence and included some functionality like drill,
break, section, conditional format(Alerts), prompts, ranking and sorting of data changes.
• Interacted with the users to analyze the changes for improvement they need in existing
reports and developed the reports to satisfy their needs and requirements.

Providence Health & Service is a health system run by the Sisters of
Providence and the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, providing a comprehensive array of
health services cross five states, including Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon and
California. Prov Clinicals Reporting project is integration of multiple applications running at
three hospitals in Centralia, Everett and Olympia and providing reports based on data extracted
from these applications. The scope of the project is to create reports required by different
departments of the hospitals.
Responsibilities:
• Developed Crystal Reports2008 with data source using functionalities like variables,
Grouping, Parameters, Running Totals, Alerts, Sub Reports and Functions etc.
• Worked extensively on Business Objects XI R3.1 and Crystal reports.
• Created Sub Reports, Cascading prompt, Master detail reports, using Crystal report
developer.
