Generally, only half of yoga teacher trainees plan to actually teach yoga in the immediate future. The other half of the students are yoga students who view the course as a great way to improve their own yoga practice. Whatever the decision, there may still be wonderful residual learning from your time in training that will last you for your whole life. Your practice will soar, your life may take a firmer shape and you may come back feeling knowing yourself a little more; and what a great return on investment that can be.

Teacher?”

knowledge and practice. It is not necessary to
limit yourself to only Vinyasa Yoga practice. Other
forms of Yoga can help to develop strength in
body and mind, which will assist you in
completing the training. Please keep in mind that
it is also not necessary to have advanced level of
Yoga practice to be a good teacher.
