Internship Review
Feedback/Comment:
- Kathy was initially staffed for a special customer service problem solving team,
which dealt with urgent and sometimes complicated problems in a critical start-
up phase of a Zalora. Kathy solved these problems efficiently and diligently and
was continuously the top ticket solver in the 5-10 people team.
- Kathy was subsequently hand-picked by me to join the Local third party ordering
team, another team in a critical phase and in need of high quality staff. She
performed her duties independently and diligently. Her tasks included order
processing, excel tracking file creation, independently liaising with suppliers and
providing material for firm-wide reports.
- In general, Kathy’s performance was always very satisfactory, and she
performed well ahead of what could be expected from an intern with her
experience level. She was capable of digesting a large amount of information
and independently solve problems at hand, which was extremely valuable for
me as her manager.
- She quickly grasps new systems, and makes an effort of improving them. She is
highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (capable of using for example vlookups), and
show professionalism when communicating on the phone or on email with third
parties.
Based on my four weeks experience with Kathy, I would highly recommend her to any
potential employer.
