The study investigated what constitutes high-performance leaders as differentiated from average leaders. The resulting High Impact Leadership Model™, is the foundation of GILD from which all learning objectives flow. Specifically, GILD develops the leadership competencies , skills , and responsibilities that the study identified as critical to high impact leadership.
