The ideas were designed, developed, and put into practice over the course of the
process. The built environment's condition was assessed using recurring
socioeconomic & household surveys. Issues with the design and development were

In order to achieve this goal, a heavy-handed execution strategy was utilised, which
involved seizing total control of the residential allotment. The town's urban social
structure was predetermined. Navi Mumbai is a modern, planned city situated
