1. What is ecosystem???

2.  An ecosystem is a community
of plants and animals interacting
with each other in a given area
and also with their non-living
organisms.
 Ecosystems is differentiated
into two, we have the biotic and
the abiotic factors.

3. Biotic factors
 Are the living organisms
examples of biotic factors are
plants and animals.
Plants are referred to as living
organisms because they can grow and
are responsible for the process of
photosynthesis whereby plants
manufactures their own food.

4.  Animals are also living organisms
because they are able to grow. The
picture below shows the examples
of living organisms or biotic factors.

6. Abiotic factors
 Are non-living organisms
found in the environment.
 The examples of abiotic
factors are slope, aspect
and altitude.
