Preface
Several factors will be considered as a source basis of influence in the organization with regards to the compensation system. A fully vivid study was employed to understand better the employees and the company as well. Giving rewards and benefits is an approach used to give due credits to effective employees as well as the company’s showing concern and values to its workers. Factors concerning the perks and privileges given to employees are accorded in line with their performance and job details. Different forms of compensatory pay system are practiced differently in varied styles depending on the goals set by the company or organization. Promotions is a form of reward system given to employees for a valuable performance and commendation, some are given promotions for an added responsibility for the company. concerning the compensation system will develop a more complex problems to the
company if it is not addressed properly or if the employees are not given due view
about the plans and approaches.
According to Donald l. Caruth, compensation can be defined as the combination of
both the acquired and extra payment rewards given to the workers due to service
rendered to the company. This encompasses in terms of money or privileges or
non-monetary benefits. The HR or the Human Resource is the one taken accord to
monitor the compensation status of the employees. Its main goal is to put balance
between the organization and the employees on the operation process as a whole.
The Human resource has the major task in the compensation and wages of the
employees at the same time their promotions. Evaluation of their performance
likewise should be monitored regularly as the baseline of their promotions and
other benefits.
The re computation of allotted compensation and wages must be planned
strategically with innovation on the approaches applied in the detailed company’s
goals. It should therefore be reflected in the employee and its job description. It can
either be perceived in the different forms of evaluative benefits. Compensation
must therefore adhere to the company’s viewpoint and its main goal.
According to Elizabeth M. Rice the moment the employee is given due recognition
or promotion that employee is fully aware of their responsibilities tasked upon him
nor does the kind of risk become greater as the services demand
