18. About the Presenter,...
✤ William Lutz holds extensive governmental experience, having worked in government for nearly 25 years. In
addition, Mr. Lutz conducted extensive technical writing and proposal management, possessing over 100 published
articles, ranging from government procurement strategies and suggested service applications to advanced radio /
telecommunications issues along with a wide variety of IT issues - from encryption to web services, networks and
software applications.
✤ Upon request, Mr. Lutz coordinated advanced telecommunications studies on behalf of Verisign Corporation as well
as worked with DARPA in regards to early warning biological attack systems, and also served as a Peer Grants
reviewer on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice.
✤ Mr. Lutz currently is involved with (among other efforts) a startup firm marketing home based consumer apps
(Taskboard Enterprises - http://www.taskboard.co) while serving as a founding board member of a for-profit early
head start school program - Acelero Philadelphia / Camden - the first of it’s kind in the nation. Mr. Lutz maintains a
