I-Tile is the integrated system specifically optimized on the needs of the ceramic tiles warehouses and manufacturing plant. ITile aim is to control the movement and storage of materials and process the associated transactions, including shipping, receiving, putaway and picking. The system manages of ceramic tile market attributes: grade, shade, caliber, special packaging, labeling and perform decisions and optimizations basing on the specific environment and features of ceramic tile product.
Every process is optimized: the picking strategies, the work balance, the management of the resources, the goods positioning in the warehouse, the shipping operations.
2. OVERVIEW
What is Weflex integrated logistic system?
It is an innovative system designed by Weflex to manage the
logistic operation in warehouses and manufacturing plant, the
aim is to control the movement and storage of materials and
process the associated transactions, including shipping,
receiving, putaway and picking, adopting the most advanced
technologies.
The system directs and optimizes each operation, and assignes
the job task to the resources, basing on the real-time
information, controlled by computerized simulator, without
paper. It monitors the progress of products through the
warehouse. The database is updated, in real time, achieving
accurate track of each operation.
2
3. OVERVIEW
Every resource is equipped with a specific device and software
specifically designed to interact with the system. One of the main key
points of the system is the full integration with RTLS system Track+Race
by Indyon. The warehouses forklifts, equipped with Track+Race system,
can identify automatically the goods and the storage locations,
increasing the performance of every warehouse operation. Track+Race is
virtually an automated storage and retrieval systems, using the forklifts
instead of automatic guided vehicles.
This technical solution aims to revolutionize the warehouse
management: increasing overall
performances, increasing the
efficiency, reducing errors, simplifying the operations and providing to
the company heads the instrument to keep warehouse stocks and
resources accurately monitored.

4. MARKET, CUSTOMER PROFILE
The target market are companies:
owning facilities and indoor and outdoor warehouses,
moving every day high quantities and volumes of
goods
The goods are stocked and moved mostly on pallet (or
cages, bins, big bags, spools)
The goods are stored on any type of racks or stacked on
the floors
The goods are moved with vehicles like forklifts, reach
trucks, pallet truck,

The configuration A is our standard solution, It include all the functionality of a modern WMS and control in
real time the forklift activities allowing automatic identification of the pallets and of the locations. The WMS
provided is already interfaced with the RTLS BLM. The customer must consider to develop the sw interface
for the communication with WMS software.
The configuration B is an effective simpler solution, It control all the warehouse operations, The identification
of the location and of the goods is typically operated by reading barcode. Warehouse processes performance
are reduced respect A. The customer must consider to develop the sw interface for the communication with
WMS software.
The configuration C is offered to (1) the customers that have already adopted a WMS and looking for a
system that provide automatic identification of goods and location to improve warehouse performance , (2)
the customers decide to integrate the RTLS BLM directly to their ERP. In any case, the customer must
consider to develop the sw interface for the communication with RTLS BLM software.

14. SHORT PAYBACK PERIOD
The payback period for these technologies is ver y short in case
of warehouses already computerized and outfitted with wireless
LAN and with warehouse management system (or with ERP
including warehouse module) and the related hardware.
In case of warehouses not already computerized, the higher
overall costs of system are counterbalanced by the higher
guarantee savings achievable.
