Company, Inc., Matt Lotze developed a complete franchise
and operating system such as all operations manuals,
employee manuals, UFC offering, and trademarks and
copyrights. In addition to this, he handled all the
restaurant's employees and managed trained managers,
negotiated with suppliers purchased equipment, came up
with a loss prevention and risk management structure that
worked, installed and managed POS system.
3. He played a vital role in negotiating school lunch program
sales, and also supervised and offered training to the key
employees. He managed six different locations, two sit
down company owned
restaurants with 120 employees, four delivery carry outs.
All this made 4 million in gross sales.
Matt Lotze served as a CEO at American Fundraisers, Inc.
from 1991 to 1996. He founded a full scale product fund-
raising company, and negotiated with suppliers worldwide.
Through public speaking and motivational incentives, he
managed to reach 3 million a year in sales. Every year he
made motivational presentations to thousands. He also
built a warehouse and distribution system for products.
4. From 1996 to 2005, Matt Lotze was the CEO of
LiquidationsRus, Inc. and ran an overstock wholesale
company with strong internet sales. He executed large
quantity liquidations, and wholesale product liquidation. He
arranged the wholesale of full truckload, and full or partial
warehouse liquidations.
Besides this, he negotiated and sourced bigger purchases,
and developed logistics channels for shipping both
international as well as domestic sales. He based important
buying and selling relationships. Set pricing and handled
product pipeline, P & L review, and cash flow and
forecasting. He personally handled sales staff, and
provided training to the management. Generated 8 million
in gross sales.
5. Matt Lotze is a talented dancer and an exceptional tennis
player. He has a very caring nature, and has also
contributed to a numerous organizations, that include
Special Olympics, Soroptimist International, Big Bear Youth
Soccer League, Old Miners Association of Big Bear Lake,
Habitat for Humanity, California State Parks, San
Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Girl Scouts and
Boys Scouts of America, and many more.
