for all the major Telecom, Internet and Wireless service providers in the US. My primary
career focus being all aspects DC power systems, but also includes Switching, Transport,
Wireless and Networking, while maintain the highest Quality and Network Protection
standards in the industry.

* 2000, I accepted a lateral transfer to the Lucent Technologies Engineering
organization.
* I was responsible for interpreting the Telephone Equipment Orders for providing the
Focus Engineers and Spec Writers with detailed site surveys in multiple systems which
include all aspects of Transport, Wire-Line, Wireless, Cell Sites, Outside Plant, Power,
Grounding and much more.
* I’ve had full responsibility in providing firm price quotes for EF&I (engineer, furnish
and install) orders for Power, Outside Plant and Deregulated orders.
* Field Engineering responsibilities Included: Visiting with Customers on site,
Develop Scope of Work, Gathering Building, Construction and Infrastructure details
and measurements to facilitate Engineering Specs.
* With my strong background in DC Power and back up battery systems, I had Field
Engineering and Quoting responsibility for all power orders in the State of the CT.
Installations Operations Supervisor - Feb. 1997 to Nov. 2000
As an Operations Supervisor, I supported a team of up to 40 Installation Technicians
responsible for traditional Central Office installation work, as well off premise work for
multiple customers. Meet all quality standards for companies like, AT&T, Verizon,
Qwest and many more. I evaluated training needs, Allocated resources such as
Technicians, tools and equipment in order to meet objectives. Perform job planning
through effective scheduling & skills allocation; Projects were managed from
conception through test, integration and turnover. Established & continually improved
customer communication & relationships.
At my busiest period, I managed as many as 40 Installers on a daily/nightly basis on
multiple projects in multiple job locations. The largest of the projects I managed at this
time, was a 2.4 million Installation dollar COSMIC frame conversion project in
Stamford CT for AT&T.
2. 1986 to 2000 - Started with AT&T, as a Communications Equipment Installer in
Connecticut. Promoted to 5 index Power installer (top level) in 5 ½ years. As a DC
Power Plant installer I was familiar with installation and live Transition requirements
for all DC plants, Inverters, Converters, Ringing & Tone plants, UPS plants, Lead acid
and Gel cell batteries, also extensive experience with Telco grounding requirements.
While Power was my primary focus, I also installed Wireline, Wireless, Networking
and Transport equipment.

*I have extensive company training on product installation and project management.
*Computer experience - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Lync, etc.
