The document contains responses from a student discussing their experiences in an online communications course. Currently, the student is on track to achieve their original goal of earning a good grade in the class with an 83, but needs to improve organization and public speaking skills.

2. So far, what is the most interesting aspect of
communications you've discovered? Provide an
example (both in text and image) and explain why.
I think the most interesting aspect of communications
was when we were sending feedback to each other after
our presentations; I didn’t know how many ways there
were to give feedback about something until we actually
had to do it. I was really surprised how many different
ways I got feedback for my presentation.

4. So far, what skill have you learned that has proven most
valuable or worthwhile for you (think: new technology
used, presenting skills, etc)? Why has this one mattered
to you more than others?
I think the best skill that I have learned is making a site
and encoding videos and what not into it, as well as
designing the site. I think that this one matters the most
to me because in the future I want to open my own
online shop; so learning about websites is the most
important to me.

6. What one challenge or obstacle have you had to
overcome so far in this course? What tricks or
tips have you adopted to enhance your progress
in this area?
I think the biggest obstacle for me is tracking
down what has to get done and what I already
have done. I am normally pretty organized but I
find with the online class and juggling between
two or three different projects it can get a little
confusing.

7. What things are you hoping we will address in our
units on digital photography, animation and
broadcasting?
I hope we can maybe do some video game
animation or something that relates to that subject.
I play a lot of video games so it would be cool to go
through the process of animation even for a simple
video game. It would be cool even if we did a
simplified version of making a video game.

9. At the beginning of the course in our About Me
activity, you set a goal for yourself in terms of
the grade you wanted to achieve by the end.
How are you doing with that goal as of today?
I said that I think I should get a good mark in this
class and I’m doing pretty good so far I have an
83 which is an alright mark. There is definitely
room for improvement, I have to get more
organized and track down what I need to pass in
and what not. But I am doing well on my projects,
I also have to improve my speaking voice
