Made workout schedule and nutritional plan
Make sure you eat prop-

Commentary:
Sat down and discussed goals of the race.
Made a workout plan to achieve my timed
goal. Also made a nutritional plan to make
sure I have enough energy and strength to
run. My goal for race is to get under 24 min-
utes.
