goal. Also made a nutritional plan to make
sure I have enough energy and strength to
run. My goal for race is to get under 24
minutes.

Went to Heritage Park and stretched. Then
we ran 3 miles. We stretched afterwards also.

Put new labels on finisher medals and sorted

Commentary:
Fourteen different age groups for 5K and
10K. Sorted them into male and female. Then
I put them in bins for awards ceremony.

We stretched legs, arms and back. We ran
