The various Behavioral Training Programs Coordinated & attended by me:
One Day Training Program on “Life Style Modification & Stress Management” conducted on 11th June, 2013 at L&T Construction, B&F, Independent Company, HQ, Chennai.
Half a Day “GET Orientation Program- Campus to Corporate” conducted by L&T Construction on 8th July, 2013 at Chennai Trade Centre.
One Day Training Program on “Presentation Skills” conducted on 11th July, 2013 at L&T Malumichampatti, Coimbatore.
One Day DESI Training Program conducted on 12th July, 2013 at L&T ESIC Site, Kovai.
Two Days Training Program on “Creativity & Innovation” for EDRC staff conducted on 19th and 20th July, 2013 at L&T Construction, B&F, Independent Company, HQ, Chennai.
One Day DESI Training Program conducted on 23rd July, 2013 at DLF Rajapura Site, Bangalore.
One Day DESI Training Program conducted on 30th July, 2013 at Cochin for L&T TCS Site Staff.
Two Days DESI Training Program conducted on 01st & 02nd August, 2013 at Cochin for L&T CTS- Alleppey Site Staff.
3. I found out the Effectiveness of different Training Methodologies used for Behavioral Training Program conducted at L&T Construction, B&F, Independent Company. It was done based on a Questionnaire filled by a certain set of participants who attended the above programs.
I was involved in Coordination and Scheduling of the above mentioned Behavioral Programs.
