Chenda runs a small business
   called “Star Phones.”

STAR PHONES BACKGROUND


ƒ Star Phone of fers:
    ƒ   New and used cell phones
    ƒ   Cell phone repair
    ƒ   SIM cards
    ƒ   Cell phone accessories


ƒ Customers must go to Star Phones shop near Olympic Market
  to purchase or repair their phones.

ƒ Chenda has been running this shop for 1 year already.

Last year business was good...


  ...But this year, Chenda
               needs help.

THIS YEAR, CHENDA SEES THAT...


ƒ N ot many new customers
  are coming to her shop.

ƒ Some of her o ld customers
  are going across the street
  to the new phone shop,
  instead of to Star Phones.

ƒ She is s elling similar
  products and services as
  the other phone shops, with
                                The new shop across the street
  similar price and quality.

Chenda has to do something quick!
       Without customers, she cannot have a business!


 So, Chenda seeks the advice of a business mentor to teach her
               how to find and keep customers.
