to us in the subject called ENT530: Principles of Entrepreneurship.
We would like to express our gratitude to our lecturer, Miss Amirah Ahmad Suki
who guide us to conduct an online business and also give us moral support in
different matters regarding the subject. She has provided a report outline and taught
us to make our business become better.
Besides that, a big thankyou to University Technology Mara (UiTM) for making
this subject as a part of our syllabus to acknowledge business education.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
GRAPHYT Design Service provides graphic design and video editing services for their customers.
Our business offer affordable services to our beloved customers by giving them a different
packages with different range of prices. Also, we served our customers with a free of charge
consultation for them to meet us before proceeding in designing part.
Our target audience is a group of people who ae looking design service at low cost and need
options with different styles design effect for them to choose in order to meet their preferences.
GRAPHYT Design Service also targeting businessman who is about to start new business and in
need of ideas for their logos, poster and others.
After receiving an approval certificate from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), our business
began to run on October 2019. We do not target any specific area because our customers can be
from anywhere as long they are seeking for design services. Our services can actually be done and
deal online and we do not require to have a face-to-face discussion if it is not convenient for them.
The marketing strategy that is used by GRAPHYT Design Service is the lists prices that is provided
from the design packages. Whatever guarantee their satisfaction, negotiation on the discounts is
acceptable. This strategy will attract customers’ attention as we value the customers’ wants and
needs.
At the moment, GRAPHYT Design Service only owned and work by Muhammad Harith Dannial
Bin Zaharin. Our business also use Facebook page as a platform for us to attract online customers,
gain more awareness and generate more sales at once. We will promote GRAPHYT Design
Service by doing teaser post, soft sell and hard sell as our sale postings on Facebook to promote
our services.

The name GRAPHYT described as the
combination of graphic + Haryt, my
nickname. My purpose in choosing this name
is because I would like to emphasize that my
company serves design and editing services
for my customers. Using a part of my name
into company name make it looks authentic
and human identities.
The GRAPHYT design service is located at
No. 16 Jalan Suadamai 2/4, Bandar Tun
Hussein Onn, 43200, Cheras, Selangor.
My works usually will be involving with
designing posters, logos, and infographics and
editing video. This kind of works allow me to
work from home and also anytime and
anywhere would be convenient for me
completing my clients’ demand. This is why I
choose my home as my starting point to open
up my business.

2.4 DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT/SERVICES
GRAPHYT design services offers services such as designing posters, logos and infographics.
GRAPHYT will serve optional of best design choices for their client with a negotiable prices.
Our artwork highly focus on using vectors and creative designs. GRAPHYT also offer design
ideas for their clients as well as create a design artwork based on clients’ wants. Our company
provides free consultation services for our beloved clients if they decide to have face-to-face
meeting, or contact us through phone call and WhatsApp.
Our clients will receive the design file through email or any preferable medium once we had done
editing. Not just that, GRAPHYT also offer simple video editing and animation video services.
Software that we used are Adobe software which are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Premier Pro and Adobe Animate CC.

2.5 PRICE LIST
As I mentioned before, GRAPHYT design service will try to be the best for their customers. By
that, our company accepts negotiable price from our customers. Which means, customers who
purchase our services at the high prices might have a chance to seek for discount or negotiable
price. As a new start business, GRAPHYT also offers a very affordable price for in package for
each design. There are three packages with different range of prices and different numbers of
design optional for our customers to decide. We hope that packages price that we offer might draw
people attention towards our services.
Then, GRAPHYT also provides a normal price for each design, basically, customers who prefer

after receiving an approval certificate from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). Our customers

Soft Sell post is an advertising approach that used subliminal message in promoting the
product/services. It also considered as non-aggressive technique that might not resulting sale of
the company but it can create brand loyalty. There will be about 10 soft sell post that GRAPHYT
will created and post it on Facebook. This soft sell will be an opportunity for our customers to
increase brand confidence and create awareness about our services.

4.0 CONCLUSION
In conclusion, subject ENT530: Principles of Entrepreneurship plays an important role in for
students to learn in University. This is because ENT530 taught us to create real entrepreneurial
business and organizing the structure individually. Students are given a task to conduct a real
online business by utilizing Facebook page throughout the semester.
This assignment showed that social media is an essential platform for everyone to start doing
business marketing. In my social media portfolio, it showed that social media help online business
to easily connect with customers, gain awareness about their products/services and increasing
business sales. As I started to open online business called GRAPHYT Design Services, my
business able to create engagement with customers by gaining more than 90 likes through
Facebook page. Not just that, I was thought by my lecturer to create sales postings on Facebook
that consists of teaser post, soft sell post and hard sell post. These sales posting technique helped
my business to gain more awareness from customers to know about my services. Also, my online
business managed to gain sales report with total sales more than RM61 which I had include the
evidence in my report.
Moreover, subject ENT530 proved that it is important to include entrepreneurship knowledge into
the syllabus because it taught students to learn on their own on how to conduct business and
develop skills and knowledge to create their own unique business ideas. Entrepreneurship
education also encourage students to gain experience as entrepreneur by creating their own small
business at the young age.
In my opinion, I agreed that online business can be useful tool for new business to run their
business. It gave us opportunities to experience having a business even though it still a long road
to own an office company. Also, I hope with online business in social media will improve my
business better in future.
