andaddress staffing needsas required.
Scheduling
1. Assigns appropriateclientservicepersonneltoengagementsbyassessinginformationavailableand
presents recommendationsbasedontheclientrequirements.
2. Challengehoursandpersonnelscheduledasappropriatetomakesureof efficientutilization of
resources.
3. Promotesandmonitorsthe sharingof resources;networkwith other team membersacrossotherregion
pool or competencyto addressresourceneedsand/orconflicts.
4. Resolves conflictswithengagementteam memberstoidentifyappropriatealternativesin a timely
mannerconsideringengagementrequirementsanddevelopmentalgoalsofstaff supported.
5. Buildsrelationshipsandcommunicatecontinuouslywithclientservicepersonnelto identifypersonal
schedulepreferencesand/orcareerdevelopmentissues.
6. Focusesonengagementneedswhilebalancingthepreferencesofindividual.
7. Proactivelyidentifiesandaddressesschedulingissues(i.e.excessivelyhigh/lowutilization,morale
issues, performanceissues,staff/engagement/clientissues).

prioritiesfor the other regions

kept at bay.
13. Participatesinorientationprovidingdetailsto new hireson the resourcemanagementprocess.
14. Uses the projectionreportsto identifyavailabilityof resourcesandover utilizedresources.
15. ResourceManagementtool - Getexpertisein handlinginternalresourcemanagementinorderto
managethe resource utilization.
16. Will perform newhireorientationfor all newjoiningprofessionals
17. Will be involved in EM Hiringprocess.
18. MonitorBenchlistandprovide inputs oncomingavailableresourcestomanagementregardingBench
list duringmeetings
19. Will actas first level escalationpointofcontactfor allthe MOUneedthat requiresattention.
