• Founded by RK Misra, NBDP is a political movement to build a New India that is
caring, efficient, transparent and accountable.
• Rajendra Kumar Misra fondly known as 'RK' by friends and family alike is a graduate
from IIT Kanpur and a post-graduate from Tokyo University. He is a Fellow of Harvard
Kennedy School of Government and a Global Leadership Fellow of Aspen Institute,
USA.
• On turning 40, he decided to leave the corporate world to engage with the issues of
Public Policy & Governance to fulfil his long held desire to make a difference through
'Good Governance & Inclusive Development'.
• Bringing a paradigm shift in the political discourse of India by providing credible
alternative to existing political parties and electoral candidates forms the corner
stone of Nav Bharat
• NBDP is determined to build a nation which respects human DIGNITY, believes in
