In 2016, the primary elections voter turnout was highly disproportionate to the turnout of the general elections that same year. In the state of Utah,
545.36% more eligible voters voted in the general election rather to the primary elections. This is due to a lack of informed voters and the lack of

Fowler that in the 2012 election from there on examples of modern campaigning was heavily illustrated when the voting population began expanding.

First, Elections can be held on years where most people focus on it, just like presidential elections. Politicians do not make it a big deal to inform
