6. PROBLEM INNOVATION PROGRESS MODEL SUSTAINABILITY
Made entirely of agricultural residue. The raw material is converted directly
through a patented mechanical process into self-binding Macro, Micro and
Nano fibrillated Natural Fibres (MaFC/MFC/NFC)
Working with the cheapest raw material makes us very competitive
They can either decompose under normal conditions, be used for biogas
production, be recycled or burned with a nearly CO2 neutral carbon
footprint
Production without negative impact on the environment
No use of chemical additives
No energy-intensive process of cellulose extraction
We avoid chemical contamination and excessive use of water
Our experience has lead us through a spectrum of diverse sources
which range from ultra short rice husks to long fibres from banana
stems, pineapple plants, tomato plants, sugarcane leaves, wheat and
rice straw, etc.
