U.S. Constitution
The Fifth Amendment provides that no person shall be derived
of “life, liberty or property without due process of the law.”
The Fourteenth Amendment guarantees to all persons “the equal
protection of the laws.”
Bringing an action under the Constitution does not relieve a
party from the statute of limitations under Title VII
The Amendments only embellish the validity of the argument
against discrimination

Summary
Race continues to be the protected class with the largest
component of discrimination cases filed.
A minority worker who has been discharged has the burden of
proving the connection between the termination and his/her
race.
Skipping School
Skipping class is like a dream for young people but once they
are in Hs they are free so they want to experience how to work
thing out like not going to class when they feel like it. Ms.
Accera “I think that high school students skip class more
because they suddenly have more freedom than in middle
school, so they want to exercise that freedom in not going to
class when they feel like it. “
Many people just skip in Hs and hang out with their friends
or either stay home and sleep. Many expert skipper would like
to wander around and play and eat and have fun around with
friends.”Lenny a college student would “he would hang out
with friend in the park and go to flushing to BBQ and snooker.”
Some people would skip a lot of time or a long period
depending on their habit.”Lenny who use to go to highschool
would skip 1 month a time during a new semester.
Most people would stop to skip class during college because it
cost them money and not worth it to do it so they will attend
class rather than skipping.”Lenny who attend in baruch college
don't skip anymore because it is bad and waste money if he does
and easy to get kick out.”
A Lot of student would skip during Hs and not in college they
were not mature enough. Accera says “many high school
students generally can be considered less mature than students
in college, and therefore don't fully grasp the long-term
consequences of missing class.”
There is a price to pay if you fool around in college so people
would skip less.”Ms.anderson expert teacher say “i think one of
the primary reasons that students skip class less in college is
that college is expensive and the student is paying for the class.
There is a direct cost if they skip, and they are the ones who
will pay that cost. “
Internet Information
(CNN) - “School is boring,” say about half of American
students who routinely skip. But when asked what they’re
doing instead of attending class, most say they’re just hanging
out with their friends or sleeping.
A survey recently published at Getschooled.com cites data
that as many as 7 million students - about 15% of the K-12
population - are out of school 18 or more days of the school
year. And many of them don’t think skipping school will
impact their future.
But many of those surveyed said their parents didn’t even know
when students skipped. In fact, 42% said their parents either
never knew or rarely knew when their kids were absent from
school; another 24% added that parents knew “sometimes.” So
parental engagement and knowledge of children’s whereabouts
seem key to keeping kids in class.
quantitative survey data
During an interview at Baruch college 50% Student would
like to stay at home if they either skip or have no class. While
only a 30% will stay in class if they are bored or ask to skip
school. 2% will skip class with friend and 90% will rather not
skip and ditch there friend. 10% would like to relax outside and
20% will like to calm down and think. There were 5% would go
home to rest.
qualitative survey data
During an interview student has answer my question very honest
and sort of funny. An He/She has answer my question say they
will neither skip if they were ask and were free to do so.
Student has respond to skipping class as simple as every person
will say.
