‹‹Ինչու՞ եմ ուզում աշխատել ‹‹Այբ››-ում››
Ես կցանկանաի աշխատել <<Այբ>>-ում, քանի որ այն Հայաստանի առաջատար
կրթական հաստատություններից մեկն է: Ուսումնասիրելով <<Այբ>>-ի
գործունեությունը, ինձ առավել հետաքրքրեց այն հանգամանքը, որ այս
հաստատության գործունեությունը առավելապես ուղղված է երեխայի միաժամանակ
մի շարք կարողությունների, հմտությունների ձևավորմանը, որն էլ հիմք է
հանդիսանում երեխայի անձի հետագա ձևավորմանն ու զարգացմանը:
Առավել ուշագրավ էր այն փաստը, որ <<Այբ>> դպրոցի կարևորագույն
սկզբունքներից է տեսականի և գործնականի համադրումը, ինչը կարծում եմ մեր
Հանրապետության մի շարք կրթական հաստատություններում բացակայում է:
Իմ մասնագիտությունը ինձ թույլ տվեց նկատել նաև այն կարևոր հանգամանքը,
որ այս հաստատությունն ուղղված է աշակերտին օժտել ոչ միայն գիտելիքներով, այլ
նաև դաստիարակել կարևորագույն արժեքներ, որոնք նպաստում են երեխայի
աշխարհայացքային համակարգի ձևավորմանը:
Իմ մագիստրոսական աշխատանքի շրջանակներում ես հանգամանալից կերպով
անդրադարձել եմ կրտսեր դպրոցական տարիքին, քանի որ կարծում եմ, որ հենց
դպրոցական կյանքի սկզբից է կախված թե երեխայի մոտակա տարիների ուսման
առաջադիմությունը, և թե նրա հետագա անձի ձևավորումը: Հետազոտությանս
շրջանակներում ամիսներ շարունակ աշխատել եմ կրտսեր դպրոցականների հետ,
հաղթահարել ենք դպրոցական մի շարք դժվարություններ:
Այս ամենը հիմք է հանդիսացել ունենալ ցանկություն աշխատել <<Այբ>>-ում, և
կիսել իմ փորձը Ձեզ հետ:
