We empower all to become self-advocates of their financial, physical,
and spiritual well-being through life & career coaching.
We educate seniors and families on the stages of aging and equip
them with self-advocacy techniques and financial education.
We collaborate with businesses, non-profit organizations and
universities to engage their constituents and build capacity to
serve seniors through research development, program management
consulting, special event planning, and hourly gerontology-related
seminars on older adult issues in the aging services marketplace.

Through the Solutions CAKE (Creating Aging Knowledge & Experiences) Method, we
provide lifestyle transition services to women by coaching clients to take life's
opportunities and challenges by the slice while celebrating each milestones’
achievement as they grow more empowered, engaged, and educated to age
successfully in their community.
• We guide women and their families through the emotional and physical
aspects of aging. We assess lifestyle choices as they experience an array of
transitions.

needs and through a life coach approach develop care action

As I identified my passions, I discovered that I’m most satisfied when I function in the role of educator/advocate/ and coach. This 25-page career mapping workbook leads students and career switchers interested in working with older adults by identifying their skills, interests, and passions as the strive to attain that dream job. Through introspective exercises, readers will uncover the treasures within that influence their motives in pursuing a career in aging and design a plan of action to accomplish this goal.
