you feel overwhelmed, lost, hopeless or confused.
Seeing a counselor can help a person work through
these tough times. All people possess the ability to
learn coping strategies and new ways of thinking that
will help them in their current struggles and allow
them to conquer future issues.

as needed so that clients can both feel and measure
growth as they progress through counseling.
Alicia has over 13 years of experience in helping
students & parents navigate the process of researching,
applying and paying for college. Switching majors &
