They will first meet with management to understand the company's needs, then design a customized training program. Finally, they will deliver the training to help employees gain the knowledge and skills to grow the business. KNOWandGROW also offers personal and business coaching on an individual basis to help individuals and address any challenges in life or business. KNOWandGROW Corporate Trainings will be customized to the
needs of your company and can be done on-site at your place of
business or at a designated off-site location. The first step will
always be a discovery meeting. We will get to know your company
by meeting with your management team. Then, we will use the
information to create a customized training for YOUR Company.
Finally, we will meet with the whole team to help them discover
everything that they need to KNOW in order to GROW your
business.

Coaching
The KNOWandGROW personal business coaching is available to
members of your team on an individual basis. Our trainings will
highlight areas of improvement that an individual may or may
not have been aware existed. We will then work with him/her
to, step by step, reach their desired vision.
The KNOWandGROW personal coaching is also available to any
individual who may need assistance with challenges they are
experiencing in life - business, leadership, personal,
relationships, financial, organization, time-management, etc.
