9 rules of sending WA message to teachers

1. The Ethics of sending Whatsapp message to your teachers:
1. Pay close attention on the right time to contact your teachers. Choose a
time that is NOT the time for resting or praying. For example, avoid
contacting your teachers around 12 P.M., the time when they have their
lunch time and praying time for Moslem.
2. Begin with some Greeting, like Good Morning Sir/Miss or
Assalamu’alaikum (if both of you are Moslem)
3. Use an apology to show respect and humbleness. For example: “I am
sorry for bothering your time”.
4. If this is your first time to contact them. Please introduce you name and
identity, because they have many students from year by year. For
example: “I am Puji, Grade 10 students”.
5. Use simple and correct language, and punctuation. Avoid shortening the
words, like “dmn, lg, kpn, etc.
6. Write a clear message. For example: “Dear Ms. Reza/Mr. Toni, I missed
the information about class program, could you mind to explain me one
more time?”
7. End your message by saying Thank You.
8. No need to add EMOJI
9. Wait patiently for your teacher’s response, please do not force them to
reply it in hurry.
