1. 07.19.2011 <br />TriNovus Strengthens Team With Hiring of Four<br />Birmingham, Ala., July 19, 2011 – TriNovus, LLC (www.trinovus.com), a company focused on delivering core processing and other technology solutions to the financial marketplace, announced today that four new hires have been made that serve to strengthen the expertise level of their staff.<br />Robert Horton joins TriNovus with responsibilities including technology services and software and product development. Robert brings to TriNovus 32 years’ experience in the financial technology industry with expertise in such areas as core processing applications, conversion management, item processing, check imaging, data center management, bank operations, project management, software development, internet banking, print management, customer support, business continuity planning and various other technology related products and services. Robert has a B.S in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Alabama.<br />Kim Embry joins TriNovus as conversion implementation manager. Embry will lead the conversion team for TriNovus’ eBank data center, facilitating bank conversions to the Trinisys software, the first of which should occur in the fourth quarter of 2011. Embry joins TriNovus from FIS where he worked since 2005 in customer support and implementations and served as a project manager for new conversions or migrations. Prior to this, he was vice president and assistant data center manager for Bankers Data Services, Inc. in Alma, Ga. His experience further extends to his position at SBS Data Services where he was involved in 27 bank conversions and project manager of 10. He began his career working at Colonial Bank of North Alabama and BankAlabama in Huntsville, Ala. where he held positions such as staff accountant, loan operations balancer, data processing manager and assistant cashier. Over all Embry has 27 years experience in the banking and financial technology industries and he is a key member of TriNovus’ staff.<br />Keith Spigener joins TriNovus as enterprise network services director. Spigener joins TriNovus from FIS where he has worked since 2003. Most recently he served as network services manager for two FIS-owned data centers located in Birmingham, Ala, and Baltimore, Md. Prior to working for FIS, Spigener was a network engineer responsible for installing network server and communications equipment for community banks, as well as applications such as check imaging, document imaging and other core-related solutions. Spigener began his career in banking in 1987 at Bank of Prattville in Prattville, Ala. where he started out as a computer operator and moved into programming for the bank mainframe and online systems and then to networking and communications.<br />Drew Scogin joins TriNovus as a software developer to support TriNovus’ current banking technology applications as well as to provide security and technical assistance to eBank core processing customers when needed. Scogin joins TriNovus from FIS where he gained experience in administering production-level applications including internet banking, web hosting, and application security in a data center environment. Scogin is knowledgeable in Linux and Solaris programming and administration.
