responsibility.
 Many people have lost their lives to fight
for the right to vote that you and I have
today.

3.  Must be at least 18
years of age
 Must be a Tennessee
resident
 Must be registered at
least 30 days prior to
election day
 No felonies or must
have restored rights
of citizenship

4. The Voting Poll
 Once you are registered to vote at your
current address, you will receive a card via
PROCEDURES VARY FROM
mail telling you your voting location, usually
STATE TO STATE
close to your home.
 Voters vote an individual, private voting
booths.
 Must present valid picture ID
 Do not tell or ask others whom you are voting
for.
