might distribute your media and why?
2. • The production company we used was 'Assano Productions' which was a
name our group came up with. The distribution company we used was
'Dragonfly pictures', which was also a name my group came up with.The
names of our Production and Distribution companies were made up of a
collaboration of spontaneous and on the spot thought from the members
of group 45. Due to the fact that we made up these names, they were
instantly classified as 'Independent' seeing as we are a small budget
group.
• Our film is an independent film, which could even be called a 'localalised'
film. To get our low budget film seen, we used the internet to get hits. This
was quite effective, we used viral sites such as Facebook, Instagram and
Twitter. Also, our film received hits from being uploaded onto sites such as
Vimeo. In addition to this, we used word of mouth to make the release of
or film more effective.
