This document provides two medical benefits options for teachers at SSIS for the 2011-2012 academic year. Option 1 is a medical insurance policy that provides annual coverage of RMB 5,000,000 with 100% reimbursement for hospitalization and 80% reimbursement for outpatient care up to RMB 30,000 annually. Option 2 provides reimbursement of personal medical bills up to RMB 5,000 per year with 50% of unused amounts paid out at the end of the year. Teachers must select one option for the full academic year and are responsible for the annual premium if they leave before the end of the year.
