This document provides information about benefits elections for the Montana University System for the 2018 fiscal year. It summarizes changes to eligibility requirements, medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and wellness programs. For medical benefits, the three plan options will continue with no changes to benefits. Massage therapy will now be covered with some limitations. The pharmacy benefit manager and specialty pharmacy will change, excluding some pharmacies from the network.
