2. Inscribed Angle
• Angle whose vertex is on a circle
and whose sides contain chords of
the circle.
• Inscribed angles measure ½ the
degrees of their intercepted arc.
• If there are two inscribed angles that
intercept the same arc, the two
angles are together

• If a right triangle is inscribed in a
circle, the hypotenuse is the
diameter of the circle.
• Quadrilaterals can be inscribed in a
circle if and only if the opposite
angles are supplementary.
