Op 10 april heeft de Scrum Round Table over ‘managing your backlog’ plaatsgevonden. Onder leiding van twee senior ALM Consultants van Delta-N is er gediscussieerd over de uitdagingen die je in de praktijk tegen komt bij het beheren van de backlog. Het programma bestond uit het spelen van een tweetal games, een discussie en een retrospective. Delta-N organiseert drie á vier keer per jaar een Round Table over onderwerpen op het gebied van Scrum en ALM. De sessies worden altijd begeleidt door ervaren scrum masters en zijn altijd gericht op een specifiek thema. Het doel van deze interactieve sessies is om praktijkervaringen uit te wisselen. Mikä on johdon näkökulma tiedolla johtamiseen? – Kysely suoritettiin verkkokyselynä, jonka kohderyhmäksi oli valittu yritysten ja julkisten organisaatioiden johtoa Suomessa. Vastauksia saatiin 376 henkilöltä 246 organisaatiosta. Kysely selvitti ylemmän johtotason näkemystä tulevista kehittämisen kohteista, miten vastaajat kokevat tuntevansa tiettyjä kyselyssä mainittuja asioita, miten mainitut asiat ovat organisaatiossa esillä yleensä ja läsnä päätöksenteossa.
