durable decorative building material with strong resistance to water, scratch, impact and chemicals. All accessories shall be made
of sand blasted aluminum alloy Grade 6063-T5.

customized). Each door shall be supported
by a rotational opening / closing axis
concealed within a pole of sand blasted
aluminum which upper side fixed to the
toprail bottom, and down side affixed to
Pilaster edge bottom. All doors shall be
completed with a lock integrated with
handle and indicator.
12mm thick Phenolic Compact Laminate with rebated
edges. Anchored to the headrail. BRIKLEY®
recommends Middle Pilaster size to be 300mm wide
and End Pilaster width to be 150mm for maximum
stability. Middle Pilasters are recommended to be
supported by one leg if the width are oversized.
Middle Pilasters are completed with a lock catch to be
attached by the lock hook from the door. An acoustic
rubber lining shall be incorporated to the Pilasters for
dampening noise.

Hardware and Fittings
BRIKLEY® PIVOT series Toilet Cubicle System hardware, including headrail, rotation pole, U profile, adjustable footing, and indicator
lockset are all 6063-T5 aluminum alloy sand blasted.
PIVOT is featured with a spindle axis door opening and closing system. Following the concept of “Two point one line” with gravity
return, Spindle axis is consist of upper fixing, pole and under base fixing. The upper part and under base are made of 304 stainless
steel. The bearing fitting shall be grey nylon. The design of spindle axis enables door opening and closing more smoothly without
generating noise. It also solves the security problem such as finger jamming.
The lockset includes handle, indicator, lock rod and hasp. Locking the door is easily lapping the lock rod to the hasp. Emergency
function is equipped that enhances the safety.
Footing shall be standing posts with max.10mm adjustment.
