• Licensed practical nurse with a vast nursing experience over the past 30 years. The last
18 years were dedicated solely to the care and management of the urologic patient in
the outpatient clinical setting. This includes supervisory, management, and mentoring

• Urology care manager for an outpatient clinic that preformed over 2,000 procedures per
year. Procedures including, but not limited to: urodynamic, fluro-urodynamic, Botox

Procedures for the clinic equipment and instrumentation. As well as the competencies’
for the staff.

hospital, such as infection control, Radiology, Sterile processing, Pharmacy, inpatient
Units and others.
• Started the VISN 11 urology advisory group monthly calls between the VA’s in the VISN.
