A male patient presented with end stage osteoarthritis and a history of recurrent dislocation in his right shoulder. Pre-operative planning tools were used to plan implant placement and create 3D models of the shoulder. The surgery involved replacing the shoulder joint using personalized guides based on the pre-operative planning. Post-operative scans showed the implant was placed as planned and the patient's pain was eliminated.
