David has successfully completed the 3 months internship as an accounts assistant role. he
reported directly to me during this period.
David was responsible for accounting tasks e.g. Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Bank
reconciliation, Processing invoices and prepare payment for creditors in payment term.
David also helped on customer service, e.g. Handle customer enquiries over the phone or via
Email. Processing customer sales orders, Creating project quotations for large projects from
Accounting System.
David performed all these tasks completely and with commitment and enthusiasm. He has

tight deadlines. His close attention to detail has resulted in meticulous and accurate work.
