Titan Hotel Management, LLC’s primary business is providing management services to hotels on behalf of their
ownership with the stated goal of increasing profitability as well as the ownership and guest experience. THM
will begin service by making a top to bottom assessment of the business -from the physical building and
infrastructure to the salary and hourly staff, policies and procedures, work culture, sales and marketing, and
overall revenue performance indicators. Upon completion of the initial assessment, a report will be created
and reviewed with the ownership. Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports will follow as such:
 Monthly Operations and Financial Reporting
 Monthly reviews and comparisons with the annual budget. Action plans will be created based upon our
findings.
 Quarterly SWOT analysis to ensure achievable goals are set for the hotel
 Quarterly internal Accounting and Human Resources audits
We also provide a web-based portal that allows ownership and each employee to review updates about
their respective properties. This portal provides Email, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources and Sales &
Marketing functions. THM will maintain a regular presence at the property to ensure a smooth transition and
maximum staff engagement with regard to any new policies and procedures initiated.
