Students must research and summarize a painting, sculpture, or work of architecture not discussed in chapters 1-3 of the textbook and not one of the following excluded works: The Mona Lisa, Pieta, Mary Magdalene, or any work by Mary Cassatt. The 350-700 word summary should describe the use of formal elements, materials used, and subject/style, and include proper APA formatting. The summary must be submitted as a Microsoft Word file.
