We thoroughly cleanse the entire room to include every single surface. Special care is taken at all
times but particularly in the floor void, where fragile fibre-optic and water detection cables may
be deployed.
The high level professional Computer care staffs ensure that every time they attend your site, as
well as fulfilling the scheduled programmer of work they will also carry out a site survey. This
survey will give an up to date static level reading and inform you of any potential hazards for
your environment. These can include rodent damage, under floor problems, poor cable
maintenance etc. This survey is sent to you with your invoice so you have always got an up to
date picture of your computer room environment, including rodent damage, under floor
problems, poor cable maintenance etc.
This takes less than half an hour, it is without any obligation and you get a free data centre
environmental contamination and static analysis report - most IT managers tell us this is helpful
in its own right.
Focus on safety & risk reduction
To ensure constant humidity levels are maintained and
to remove risks of water damage, we only use nonaqueous
(water free) products in your computer room.
All the cleaning materials, cloths and wipes we use have anti-
static properties, and cleaning chemicals contain no nitrates or
ammonia which can be harmful to computer circuitry. All
vacuum equipment is HEPA micro-filtered and certificated.
We carry out detailed inspections of the void areas to look for and report on potential problem
areas, such as deteriorating cement slab sealing, evidence of mice or rats, past or present water
leaks and damaged cables and connectors. We also measure and analyse air particle
contamination and static electrical discharge levels.

With any special requirement, we are very pleased to serve you.
When signing the contract, client only need to pay the amount on the contract, the other fee will
be paid by NTT
Frequency Check
To assure your system work properly and reduce the error, NTT’s staff will come to do cleaning
and check the system frequently onsite as well as report to you the component needed to be
replaced or repaired. The frequency check and cleaning will be scheduled as in the agreement.
Any changing in time will be confirmed by Client and NTT.
Response time
Response time is the amount time from receiving the call from client to the time NTT sends
specialists troubleshoot onsite. If it cannot be solved onsite, the equipment will be sent to NTT
service center to be repaired.
Service time
• 5 x 8x4
Hardware supporting service will be served in 5 days per week, 8 hours per day from Monday to
Friday, within 4 hours upon receiving call from the customer, NTT will have technical experts to
be on site for solving the problems
• 5x8x2
Hardware supporting service will be served in 5 days per week, 8 hours per day from Monday to
Friday, within 2 hours upon receiving call from the customer, NTT will have technical experts to
be on site for solving the problems
• 7 x 24
Hardware supporting service will be served 24/24, 7 days per week including Sunday and public
holiday
Time of Equipment replacement
Time of equipment replacement is the time NTT will replace the similar equipment for your
company while the equipment is maintained or repaired.

SERVICE ANALYSIS:
1. Technical Supporting Service
Target: Equipment in or out of date warranty
Service description: NTT will do frequency check and cleaning the equipment. Moreover, NTT’s
technical staff will be onsite in 4 hours after receiving troubleshooting notification from you. If
the equipment cannot be repaired onsite, the equipment will be brought to the service center and
repaired. All the transportation fare will be paid by NTT, client would not paid any extra fee
except the amount in the contract.
Service analysis: Cleaning helps the equipment operate well. Besides, frequency check the
equipment will help the client understand the condition of equipment, and with the consulting of
our staff, client can prevent troubleshooting and other damaged problems in the future. NTT
commits offering the professional technician to support the client in commitment time to reduce
the risk of damage. This service will be suitable for all kind of entrepreneurs which is using
computer equipment.
2. Part included service
Target: Equipment in or out of date warranty
Service description: NTT will do frequency check and cleaning the equipment. Moreover, NTT’s
technical staff will be onsite in 4 hours after receiving troubleshooting notification from the
client. If any component needs to be replaced, NTT will replace it for the client and it is free of
charge. If the equipment cannot be repaired in 8 hours, NTT will have similar equipment for the
client to replace in short term while the equipment is repaired .
Service analysis: Besides the benefit of cleaning and checking frequency equipment, any
replaced components are free of charge. The client will save time to look for the component, and
avoid buying incompatible component to the system or buying the component with high price.
NTT has a good relationship with almost suppliers and NTT can get the component in short time
with the best price in the market. Moreover, the business operation will not be closed and
interrupted because NTT will offer similar replaced equipment to the client while the client’s
equipment is repaired. This service is suitable to the company which has high level of using
computer equipment.
3. 24/24 Service

Service description: NTT will do frequency check and cleaning the equipment. Moreover, our
technical staff will be onsite in 2 hours after receiving troubleshooting notification from the
client. Client can call for any services in 24 hours, and 7 days per week, including Sunday and
public holiday.
Service analysis: Client will be served by our professional staff 24/24 after receiving
requirement.
4. Outsourcing service
Service description: NTT’s staff will work as IT specialist in the client’s company and under
management of the client in the term listed in contract. This staff has to follow the regulations of
the company.
Service analysis: This service will meet the need of employing an IT staff in particular time.
Client employs this IT staff without signing any labor contract or pay any extra allowances. NTT
will be responsible for any extra fee. If the IT staff does not meet the requirement of the client,
NTT will have another alternative human resource for client to choose the best candidate at one
time paid. Moreover, client can save time and cost to employ and train an IT or expert in
computer science.
Service forms:
1) Office hours.
2) Part time.
3) When the problem occurs.
Response time: Within 3 hours when we receive your call, NTT’s Technicians will be in your
office to solve the problems.
5. Migration system service
Service description: NTT will move the whole IT system for the client including hardware, set
up cable system, etc…
Service analysis: This service helps the client protect the computer equipment which is still in
warranty in transportation. The warranty stamp will be removed or torn if transporting carelessly.
Well-planning in setting up cable system is to assure the condition of equipment, the system’s
security, the smooth of data transferring between computers.

Service description: NTT will consulate and deploy for the client the data backup system service
to be suitable with the financial condition and IT system.
Service analysis: NTT Implements data backup system for the company in order to have a
security plan and data could be recovered if any damage cause by virus or hardware damage,
etc…
When problem occurs, our technician will troubleshoot in short time as following
steps:
- Client sends request notification and code service of the equipment to NTT
- After receiving detail description of the equipment and problem information, NTT’s
customer service will pass the information to our technician
- Depending on the time commitment in the contract (maintenance schedule), our technician
will get the information and have the troubleshooting solution via phone or email
(consulate online)
- If consulting online is not effective, our technician will be onsite in time after receiving call
from client
- If troubleshooting cannot be solved in the commitment time, our technician will bring the
equipment back to the service center for repairing and send back to the client after
completing repair.
- Client signs the NTT’s technical minute, and service is done.
