If the product is an imported item,
shipping charges & taxes could cost a
fortune for client
If there’s any repair needed in the future
client probably have to go back to the
same contractor

9. Client’s Responsibility in
this Contract
 The Client shall be responsible for acquiring and
providing legal and physical possession of the Site
and access
 The Client shall acquire and pay for all permits,
approvals and licenses from all local, state or national
government authorities
 The Client shall be responsible for the continued
operation of the Facilities after Completion
 Accurate &timely payments as per the agreement

in this Contract
Accurate time management for supply
& installation
Provide insurance for the labours
Examine all the items before installing
Keeps a perfect documentation to avoid
any dispute with client
