setter editing programs. Programs are in mazatrol format on the lathes, mills are g-code.

CALIBRATION TECH

Making sure all procedures are followed when gages are issued and removed from
our controlled environment to ensure accuracy during production, inspection,
quality and audits. Continuously working towards improving the control of gages on
the production floor, and educating machinist about their role in calibration. Keeping
all calibration records up to date and gages calibrated and communicating with staff when
their personal gages are due for calibration for both of our buildings.
AEROSPACE INSPECTOR
Inspect components to customer requirements, completing finals, all paper work required for
components to be sourced and shipped to customers. Data entry in process checks, doing
table inspection, cmm checks, mics, calipers, deltronic pins, intertest gages and any other
gages required.
