This document outlines different types of users that may interact with a Technologically Enhanced Learning (TEL) ecosystem, including students, instructors, teaching assistants, tech support, and administrators. It also describes key components of a TEL ecosystem such as user/learner management, content management, content delivery through learning management systems and MOOCs, and evaluation/assessment of outcomes and costs for each user. The TEL ecosystem emerges from innovations developed for students, teachers, and employees in various education and business contexts.
