Highlights
• The dropout falls down from 20% to 4,6%
• The less defined the roles are the lower the
work score is
• The workload seems fairly distributed
• The percentage of conflicts < 10%.
• The more defined and better assigned the
roles are among the students, the less
conflicts teams had to face with
• The sphere of the Engineering degree is
related with the level of roles’ assignment
and with time management efficacy
• Students are not enthusiastic with the
administrative task

The assessment of the TWC cannot be based only on the
result of the group activities and teachers’ perceptions

RESULTS & IMPLICATIONS Highlights • The dropout falls down from 20% to 4,6% • The less defined the roles are the lower the work score is • The workload seems fairly distributed • The percentage of conflicts < 10%. • The more defined and better assigned the roles are among the students, the less conflicts teams had to face with • The sphere of the Engineering degree is related with the level of roles’ assignment and with time management efficacy • Students are not enthusiastic with the administrative task Limits The assessment of the TWC cannot be based only on the result of the group activities and teachers’ perceptions Improvements Students’ perceptions Implications For all teamwork in every grade tools application Motivating Engineering students to Improve Teamwork and Time Management TEEM– 2018 October 24-26
