The Truth About The Last Days, Antichrist, The Rapture, More.

There are hosts of people out there in the Christian church that contend that a person that does
personal prophecy is never allowed to get a prophecy wrong. This mistaken belief holds so many
people back from beginning to operate in personal prophecy. This article will address this subject.
Scripture records:
1 Thessalonians 5:20-21 (New King James Version)
20 Do not despise prophecies. 21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.
The apostle Paul says that we are not to hold back when it comes to the prophetic. So many
churches do not allow prophecies as people have got them wrong in the past and they do not to
risk it anymore. Paul said this is not the right way.
Paul says that prophecies should be tested and we are to hold fast to what is good in the
prophecies. Paul is saying here that parts of a prophecy can sound wrong or might even be wrong
and after testing a prophecy we should keep the parts of the prophecy that is right.
Many people do not think that a person who is prophetic should ever get a prophecy wrong, and
yet a pastor is able to give a wrong interpretation of the Bible and he is not sacked or laid off by
the church.
There are three sources that prophecy comes from.
It can come from the Holy Spirit
It can come from the own soul of the person.
Or the enemy can speak through a person.
This is why prophecy should be tested. I suggest all people have their pastor look at the
prophecies over their life.
Sometimes people can get really frightened that their life can be ruined by a false prophecy and so
they will not ask for them or accept them. But if a person runs their prophecies past a pastor or a
spiritually mature person to test their prophecy then things can be set in there right order.
Personal prophecy is such a wonderful thing the receive and I enjoy every personal prophecy that
I get off people, why not pray a prayer to receive the gift today
