from a family recipe, 90% of which is
prepared with no imitation ingredients. WE
offer an array of foods including BBQ, fried/
baked chicken, fried/smoked catfish, brisket,
pork steaks, a variety of side items,
homemade desserts, and much more! You
will always enjoy good homemade food with
a neat appearance and delicious taste, rather
you choose carry out, dine-in, catering, or

CATERING All catering consideration must be completed within one week of the
event, depending on the size of the group. Also, when a decision is made for
GLAD' S Original BBQ to cater your event, 50% of the total cost must be paid.
The other 50% may be paid on the day of the event. However, you do have the
option to pay the total amount when a decision is made. If servers are required,
there will be a fee of $15.00 per hour, per server. There is a setup fee per group
