Dear Sir/Madam,
From January 2016 until December 2016 Szilvia worked for me as change management consultant.I was
leadingthe change management effort on an outsourcingand transformation programme for a global,
multinational clientin the consumer goods sector and Szilvia was oneof the consultants I hired to manage
specific projects for me.
In this period shewas responsiblefor 4 different projects:
1.) Target OperatingModel implementation. Implementing the agreed OperatingModel between client
and IBM P2P servicedelivery.
2.) Help desk to Service desk transformation.Transforminglow-cost,low-knowledge help desk into high-
end servicedesk
3.) FirstPass Match.Maximisingthe number of supplier invoices processed with no or minimal manual
intervention
4.) Vendor Query Portal.Implementing supplier query portal,thereby reducing number of supplier emails
and calls to the help desk
Although the change management scopevaried from projectto projectSzilvia was fully responsiblefor the
change management planningand execution on those projects,needing only minimal supportfrom me. Key
milestone areas were: change programme management, change impactand readiness assessment,
communication planningand execution, change network planningand activation,and training.
I hired Szilvia on the basis of her previous transition management experience and her intuitiveunderstanding
of what change management is about.In the year we worked together she developed herself i nto someone
who can run a change management project independently, balancingmilestones in differentareas of change
management, with minimal supportfromme as her change leader.
Her key qualities are:flexibility,eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities and tasks,high degree of
responsibility and accountability,openness to discussand learn frompastexperiences.
Those are key qualities for any consultant,in particular for a changemanagement consultant.In addition,I’m
impressed by the speed with which she learns and gets acquainted with novel (change management) concepts
and the amount of work shesaved me by completely taking over projects for me. Szilvia would always either
complete deliverables as planned or ask for my support.
In summary, I would recommend her for any change management role. Overall changemanagement lead roles
would fither justas much as more functional roles such as trainingor communication manager.

Zürich,December 14 2016 Dear Sir/Madam, From January 2016 until December 2016 Szilvia worked for me as change management consultant.I was leadingthe change management effort on an outsourcingand transformation programme for a global, multinational clientin the consumer goods sector and Szilvia was oneof the consultants I hired to manage specific projects for me. In this period shewas responsiblefor 4 different projects: 1.) Target OperatingModel implementation. Implementing the agreed OperatingModel between client and IBM P2P servicedelivery. 2.) Help desk to Service desk transformation.Transforminglow-cost,low-knowledge help desk into high- end servicedesk 3.) FirstPass Match.Maximisingthe number of supplier invoices processed with no or minimal manual intervention 4.) Vendor Query Portal.Implementing supplier query portal,thereby reducing number of supplier emails and calls to the help desk Although the change management scopevaried from projectto projectSzilvia was fully responsiblefor the change management planningand execution on those projects,needing only minimal supportfrom me. Key milestone areas were: change programme management, change impactand readiness assessment, communication planningand execution, change network planningand activation,and training. I hired Szilvia on the basis of her previous transition management experience and her intuitiveunderstanding of what change management is about.In the year we worked together she developed herself i nto someone who can run a change management project independently, balancingmilestones in differentareas of change management, with minimal supportfromme as her change leader. Her key qualities are:flexibility,eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities and tasks,high degree of responsibility and accountability,openness to discussand learn frompastexperiences. Those are key qualities for any consultant,in particular for a changemanagement consultant.In addition,I’m impressed by the speed with which she learns and gets acquainted with novel (change management) concepts and the amount of work shesaved me by completely taking over projects for me. Szilvia would always either complete deliverables as planned or ask for my support. In summary, I would recommend her for any change management role. Overall changemanagement lead roles would fither justas much as more functional roles such as trainingor communication manager.
